Mission Statement

Our mission in the Gilk Lab is to advance the frontiers of knowledge of obligate intracellular pathogens. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and interdisciplinary research environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and the sharing of resources. We strive to produce meaningful results that contribute to the advancement of science, and to train the next generation of scientists who will continue to make important discoveries in the field.
